Eric Pazzottu is the CEO of ECAB. He holds a degree in Physical Measurements from IUT Marseille, France, and a B.Sc. in Optoelectronic Engineering from the University of Northumbria, UK. With more than 30 years of experience in the electronic components and distribution industry across France, Germany, and Sweden, Eric combines strong technical expertise with entrepreneurial leadership. Based in Norrköping, Sweden, he continues to lead ECAB's development and growth while providing strategic support across the company.

Eric H is ECAB’s Sales Manager and often the first point of contact for our customers. He specializes in sourcing hard-to-find and obsolete electronic components worldwide, helping customers secure reliable supply solutions for their requirements. With more than 35 years of experience in the electronics and electronic components industry across France, the UK, Belgium, and Sweden, Eric brings extensive market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and a strong international network to ECAB.

Sara from Ekonomiloftet AB is responsible for ECAB’s finance and accounting. Established in 2008 and based in Norrköping, the company provides professional accounting and financial administration services. Their authorized accounting consultants are affiliated with SRF – the Swedish Association of Accounting Consultants, ensuring high standards of competence and quality.

Tom Cantone leads ECAB’s business development activities, with a focus on strengthening partnerships with OEM and CEM customers. He works closely with customers to identify their requirements and develop tailored solutions for component sourcing, supply, and excess inventory management. With more than 15 years of experience in the electronics industry, primarily in the USA, Tom brings extensive market knowledge, established industry relationships, and a strong customer-focused approach. Now based near ECAB’s headquarters in Norrköping, Sweden, he supports the continued development of ECAB’s international business and customer network.
